DRM provides a truly unique catering experience, offering authentic eastern and central European cuisine using our traditional recipes. Here is a menu of the hot entree items that we offer for catering for a minimum of ten people. Select dishes are featured and rotated on our buffet Monday-Saturday from 11:00am-2:00pm.

Chicken breast with mushrooms or mushroom sauce

Chicken Kiev, stuffed with broccoli & cheese or mushroom & cheese

Chicken breast layered with mushroom, mayo, tomato, and Polish Podlaski cheese

Beef Rouladen with bacon, onion, and dill pickle

Seasoned pork chops

Pork meatballs with mushroom or dill gravy

Fried fish fillet

Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Potato dumplings or Pyzy stuffed with your choice of meat

Smoked Polish sausage with sweet cabbage, onion, or sauerkraut

Any German sausages can be cooked with peppers, onions,  or sauerkraut
