RECIPE: German Honey Mustard Chicken


I am a mom. I like simple, fresh, and delicious dinners without the fuss. I stumbled upon this recipe and decided to try it, incorporating my two favorite products from DRM which I always have on hand, our German Dusseldorf mustard and German honey. 

So the best part about this recipe, is that there are only eight ingredients. You will need the following:

Four - Six Chicken Quarters

1/4 cup of German Dusseldorf Style Mustard

2 Tablespoons of Grey Poupon Mustard

1/3 cup of honey

1 tablespoon of olive oil

Fresh Rosemary, cut and reserve about 3 tablespoons for the glaze, and about one tablespoon for the garnish

Pink Himalayan Salt & Pepper to Taste

In a large roasting pan, season your chicken to your liking with salt and pepper. Mix the mustards, honey, olive oil, and rosemary together in a small bowl. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to the mixture as well. Drizzle the sauce over the chicken and bake at 350 degrees for one hour. 

I find roasted carrots with herbs de provence and roasted beets with goat cheese make a fabulous addition to the plate! 

We served this delicious chicken on our dinner buffet with green beans & garlic and scalloped potatoes, it was a hit! Let us know how you like it!
